Mr. Arvind Kumar Gupta is a seasoned finance and corporate governance professional with over 39 years of distinguished experience across leadership roles in the Indian corporate sector.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (1986), he holds the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He further strengthened his professional credentials by qualifying as a Resolution Professional under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He has also successfully completed ICAI’s specialized program on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation, adding strong legal and dispute-resolution capabilities to his expertise.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gupta has served in senior leadership positions including Group CFO, and Executive Director across reputed organizations, bringing strategic financial acumen, corporate restructuring experience, and business transformation insights.

He currently serves as an Independent Director and Advisor to several limited and publicly listed companies, guiding them in financial strategy, governance, compliance, and long-term growth.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Mr. Gupta is actively involved in social service and community development. He contributes as a Committee Member at Nandniwas, a senior citizen care home in Igatpuri.
